#11CCP Intends Western Scholars to Justify Its Persecuting Religion. Backfired! - Massimo Introvigne
Since the CCP took power, it has spared no effort in brutally repressing and eradicating religious belief, and has been creating public scandals for this purpose. In recent years, the CCP has extended its evil hands toward foreign countries. In the red-titled document, The Key Work in 2017 of Henan Provincial 610 Office, which was issued on March 31, 2017, it reads, “Mobilize influential voices of American and Western experts, scholars, journalists, and patriotic emigrant leaders to generate favorable media comments overseas.” In June and September of 2017 respectively, the CCP had held two international anti-cult academic conferences successively in Henan and Hong Kong. Prof. Massimo Introvigne, an Italian sociologist, the founder and managing director of the Center for Studies on New Religions (CESNUR), who was invited to both conferences as a prominent expert, makes comment on how the CCP clamps down on religious belief under the pretext of banning cults as follows.
On November 20–21, 2017, in just two days, seventeen reports attacking The Church of Almighty God (CAG) were published intensively on Ta Kung Pao and Wen Wei Po, the mouthpiece media of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Hong Kong (HK), citing the rumors and fallacies consistently fabricated by the CCP to discredit and condemn the CAG. The reports, by quoting a few pastors’ senseless accusations that the CAG is responsible for the loss of the members of their churches, intended to incite the public and religious groups to go against and convict the CAG. Upon this, Prof. Massimo Introvigne, an Italian sociologist, the founder and managing director of the Center for Studies on New Religions(CESNUR), makes comments as follows. Recommendation: Gospel Is Being Spread! The Eastern Lightning—The Light of Salvation
#2 The CCP Is the Plotter of Fake News of McDonald's Murder in Zhaoyuan - Massimo Introvigne
Again, the May 28 McDonald’s Murder in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, in 2014 was used as a tool to attack and slander the CAG. Prof. Massimo Introvigne, an Italian sociologist, the founder and managing director of the Center for Studies on New Religions (CESNUR), who has carried out an in-depth study on the murder, makes clarification as follows.
From November 20 to November 21, 2017, Ta Kung Pao and Wen Wei Po, two mouthpieces of the Chinese Communist Party in Hong Kong, released 17 reports intensively to attack The Church of Almighty God, all in a span of two days. These reports cited the rumors and fallacies the CCP always uses to slander and condemn The Church of Almighty God, among which “cult” is the word of the highest frequency. As to this word the CCP uses to condemn the church, Professor Massimo Introvigne, a sociologist from Italy, the founder and director of the Center for Studies on New Religions, who has attended two international anti-cult academic conferences held by the CCP, will make his remarks in this episode.
